GCG is seeking the Cluster General Manager for our Central American region who will play a vital role in driving strategic growth, strengthening key stakeholder relationships, leading high‑performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all business lines throughout the cluster.

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all strategic plans, company policies, operations and maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success based on the growth strategy of the company within the respective cluster
