ABOUT THE JOB Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for: - Cleaning glasses, cutlery, and dishes, - Keeping the bar fully stocked at all times, - Preparing snacks or sharing plates during service, - Juicing citrus fruits, - Preparing garnishes, - Filling ice bins, - Restocking the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice, etc., - Refilling alcohol bottles, - Assisting bartenders with occasional requests during service.
