EduTalent Group are seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP English Language & Literature Teacher to join a leading international school in the Lombardy Region from January 2026 .

The role involves teaching English Language and Literature within the IB Diploma Programme , contributing to a dynamic and supportive department. Key Responsibilities:

- Teach engaging and well‑structured IBDP English Language & Literature lessons
- Inspire students to think critically and communicate effectively
- Design and deliver inquiry‑based learning experiences aligned with IB principles
- Assess student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and foster a culture of academic growth
