Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead – Turin

Voi, Europe's #1 micromobility company, is expanding operations in Italy and
launching in Turin.
We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead with strong operational
experience to lead our warehouse and fleet operations in the city.
What you'll own:
* Warehouse Operations: oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring
efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping
* Inventory Management :manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure
availability and optimal stock levels
* Team Leadership:manage, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists
through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and training
* Process & SOPs: implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve
efficiency and service quality
* 3PL & Vendor Coordination: daily contact with 3PL partners and external
vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures
* Health & Safety: ensure full compliance with safety regulations, mandatory
training, and incident management processes
* Fleet Support: support van operations, including tracking device
installation/removal
What you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
* Experience managing and developing a team
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory/stock levels
* Full Italian driving licence (occasional van driving required)
* Fluent English; comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, G Suite)
Job conditions:
* Salary: starting from €25,875 gross annual salary, depending on experience
and alignment with the role requirements
* Contract: 12-month fixed-term
* Schedule: 5 days/7, day shift, weekly rotation (occasional weekends)
