ppWithin Sales team, our Strikers are responsible for customer relationships and negotiation with Retail accounts in specific geographical areas. /p pOur Strikers have to achieve all the elements of Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility and additional placements of Red Bull to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products. /p h3Job Description /h3 pbTERRITORY COVERAGE /b /p pEffective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner. /p pManagement and development of designated area. /p pbPERFECT STORE /b /p pMaintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements and messaging. /p pBuilding quality relationships with foreign Stores stakeholders through effective communication. /p pInfluencing decision makers presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals. /p pbSTOCK MANAGEMENT /b /p pInfluence store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability. /p pEnsure a fair stock level to secure a proper range availability and visibility to our consumers. /p pSecuring (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull. /p pPlacement of POS material, ensuring it’s correctly sited and maintained in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts.



/p pEnsuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day. /p pbADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING /b /p pMeasurement, tracking and audit of key in-store metrics with specific digital tools. /p pCompleting all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pGrowth Mindset and proactive approach. /p pAbility to manage and cultivate good relationships. /p pExcellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will mainly manage ethnic point of sales. For that reason, it is required English language knowledge. /p pComfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment. /p pExperience in FMCG is a plus. /p pKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). /p pValid driving license. /p h3Additional Information /h3 pRed Bull S.r.l. is an equal opportunities employer.
