For its Marketing department, Scholl Shoes is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to cover a maternity leave, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and responsible for the following activities:

BRAND MANAGEMENT:
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines to guide internal and external stakeholders in maintaining brand integrity
- Manage brand-related activities for product launches and Collaborations, being in contact with other functions and departments
- Work closely with departments such as sales, product development to ensure a unified approach in delivery the brand promise
- Monitor and manage marketing budget with efficiency and optimization as must haves
PR & COMMUNICATION:
- Develop PR & Communication Guidelines
- Define PR strategies and communication plans both offline and online
- Organize corporate and social events with a digital component and press-days
- Press offices coordination, run bi-weekly meetings with markets to assist them in the implementation of the communication strategy
- Develop press materials related to new product launches and corporate activities
- Lead the development of global campaign and all main executions and updates, including offline and online media
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
- 5–7+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or related roles.
- Proven experience in managing international brands.
- Experience in product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Solid experience in PR & Communications, preferably with agency/press office coordination.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing investments.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional and international projects. xysqume
- Previous experience in Fashion, Footwear, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
- · High proficiency in the English language
- Advanced working knowledge of Office 365 applications including MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Comfortable to travel aboard;
