We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team. About the role: - Contribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brand - Deliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyalty - Develop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletter, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing team - Monitor CRM and loyalty KPIS - Managing customer database quality, integrity and enrichment - Partner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions - Training for store teams of the CRM projects - CRM initiatives and loyalty program of Stefanel and other brands of OVS Group collaborating with the other CRM team members. What We're Looking For: - University background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics - At least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRM - Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem - Strong analytical mindset - Solid project management skills - Digital and innovation-oriented mindset - Expertise in CRM and Retail reporting - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Team player, able to perform in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
