The Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP) is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program. In this role, you will contribute to cutting-edge AI research and applied innovation, supporting the development of prototypes, proofs of concept and minimum viable products to bring Artificial Intelligence into industrial engineering solutions.

What You Need to Be Successful
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or other STEM disciplines
- Up to 18 months of professional experience, including internships, thesis projects, research activities, academic projects
- Good knowledge of Python and software development principles
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts
- Curiosity towards Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD, APIs or containers (e.g. Docker) is a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Innate aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
