Social Media & Community Manager Intern

Who we are: Voice Strategic Consulting is a Milan-based boutique in Strategic Communication, Public Affairs and Advocacy, with an international outlook. We work on reputational and regulatory projects, supporting companies and institutions through complex scenarios, regulatory advocacy, positioning strategies, offline/online communication.

The internship: We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager intern to join the team managing the digital presence of leading companies across energy, finance and strategic infrastructure. You’ll work alongside an international team with years of experience in B2B communication, on real client accounts, with real responsibility from day one.

What you’ll do

- Content planning and creation across digital channels
- Copywriting and tone-of-voice adaptation across different brands and platforms
- Performance monitoring, data analysis and reporting
- Community management
- Collaboration with our media relations and digital amplification teams

Who we’re looking for

- Excellent English, written and spoken, non-negotiable; we work with international clients and teams
- Native-level or C1 Italian




- Familiarity with Linked In, X, Tik Tok and their B2B dynamics
- Precision, initiative, passion

International candidates enrolled at an Italian university are welcome to apply.

Details

- Milan, hybrid (on-site days agreed with the team)
- Available as a curricular internship (6 months, via university agreement) or extracurricular internship (for recent graduates); let us know which applies to you
- Monthly reimbursement: € 500 - 800 + welfare benefits, based on experience
