The company designs and manufactures automatic packaging machines for various sectors.
/p pWe have been entrusted with the search for a bCustomer Service Sales Area Manager /b /p h3Role /h3 pThe Customer Service Area Manager is reporting directly to head of function and he/she is responsible for the development and the performance of all sales activities in assigned business unit and region in order to achieve Customer Service results in line with commercial and budget goals.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libSales strategy: /b implements the sales strategy and manages sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services); /li libBusiness development: /b contribute to the identification,



design and promotion of new products and services to answer customer needs and pursuing the company growth strategy; /li libSales management: /b maintains accurate records of sales and activities related to his business and customers; coordinate the agents in the area and deal the direct customers and support Agents in standard proposals, if required; /li libOffering: /b collaborates with the technical department in order to evaluate client requirements, to conduct technical negotiations and to prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering Degree: Mechanical, Electronic or similar /li liAt least 4-5 years in similar role with proven success in sales results /li liStrong passion and curiosity for technical topics /li liInternational experience will be considered as a plus /li liFluent English; Spanish or other as a plus /li /ul pbSalary Range /b: ***************€ /p pbMBO: /b 10% - 15% /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
