ZRG Careers is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Italian entity on-site.
You will own the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and offboarding—for the Italian operations.
You will report to the Regional HR Manager EMEA and partner with site management to align with group policies and reporting standards.
Fluency in Italian and English, 3–5 years of generalist HR experience, and CCNL familiarity are required.
