Amplifon is seeking a Global Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Manager at its Milan HQ.
You will gather, analyze, and interpret global customer data to inform regional marketing strategies and boost customer engagement through data-driven insights.
Collaborating with the Global CRM Team and IT, you will design dashboards, run product and revenue analyses, and translate findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required.
