INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT INTERN

In particular, you will:
Support the co?creation and management of the internal editorial calendar
Support the adaptation of internal communication contents
Assist in collecting and organizing basic communication metrics to support campaign analysis and reporting.
Support the publication and scheduling of content across internal platforms and community tools.
Contribute ideas and help explore new communication tools, formats, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Support the organization of internal events (HQ, global, and retail), including coordination, logistics, and content preparation.
Assist in the launch and coordination of cultural and onboarding initiatives and cultural evolution, supporting planning, execution, and follow?up activities.
What you will need to succeed:
A degree in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or a related field
Strong interest in internal communication, HR topics, and employee engagement
Good written communication skills and an interest in content creation and storytelling
Organizational skills and willingness to learn how to manage multiple activities and deadlines
Curiosity, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, basic video editing software, or internal platforms is a plus
Analytical attitude and interest in understanding communication performance
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
