Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary operations for the luxury resort's pre-opening phase and beyond.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee kitchen setup, recruitment, training and the rollout of MO culinary standards.
You will manage day-to-day operations across outlets, ensure food safety and cost control, and drive innovation while maintaining exceptional guest dining experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
