Job Description

YOUR MISSION:

You will be responsible for expanding Glovo’s presence by identifying, pitching, and onboarding top-tier local restaurant partners, acting as a key driver for business growth in your region. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial lead generation to closure, nesting, and incubation—using data-driven pitches, calculated assertiveness, and strong commercial sense. By building strong, value-driven partnerships, you will directly impact Glovo’s platform expansion and market success.

THE RIDE:

- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, prioritize, and hunt top missing restaurant partners across national and local levels using field research, industry tools, and cold outreach.
- End-to-End Sales Execution: Master the entire negotiation process—from initial cold calling and high-impact pitch delivery to objection handling and final deal closure.
- Data-Driven Pitching:



Build customized commercial offers and business cases using data and competitive analysis to demonstrate Glovo’s value proposition to partners.
- Onboarding & Nesting: Take full ownership of partner onboarding, App setup, and initial performance (nesting/incubation during the first 30 days) to ensure high initial growth and long-term success.
- Commercial Strategy & Upselling: Drive revenue expansion by negotiating fair commission structures and upselling secondary services such as in-app promotions and ads during acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (Account Management, Operations, Marketing, HQ, and Regional teams) to build seamless solutions for new partners.
- Ownership of Targets: Take total accountability for your sales funnel and targets, operating with a strong bias for action and a relentless drive to overachieve.
