Moncler Milan Galleria store is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee operational support, lead the team, and ensure the boutique runs efficiently while maximizing sales.You will manage stock, back of house, customer service, and vendor compliance; define KPIs; and coordinate shipments and IT tools to support peak performance.
xysqume Fluent Italian and English, a degree in retail management, and luxury retail experience are preferred; the role offers a competitive salary and an annual incentive.
