The role works closely with the HR team and business managers to ensure efficient, compliant, and people-centered HR processes, contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Hiring Onboarding /h3 ul liSupport the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to the successful onboarding of new employees.
/li liCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
/li liCollaborate with Talent functions, recruitment agencies and other external partners.
/li liSupport onboarding activities and facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization.
/li liCoordinate the induction plans for the new employee to assure he/she is effectively joining the company.
/li /ul h3HR Processes Management /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and monitoring of key HR processes, including the management of HR systems (Sobi Career, Smart recruiter, job descriptions update, update of procedure and processes) /li liPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses to support organizational decision-making.
/li liEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and timely updating of HR data within company systems and databases.
/li /ul h3Learning Development /h3 ul liSupport the implementation of Competency Framework in the organization /li liCoordinate and support corporate training initiatives and learning activities /li liAssist in identifying and analyzing training and development needs across the organization.
/li liMonitor and maintain training records, including course completion and training hours, while ensuring the effective tracking and consolidation of the annual learning and development plan, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
/li /ul h3HR Administration /h3 ul liManage employee lifecycle documentation, including hires, contract amendments, and terminations.
/li liSupport the administration payroll interface (management of employees requests) /li liCollaborate with payroll providers and labor consultants to ensure accurate and compliant HR administration processes /li liEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Humanities, or a related field.
/li liAt least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in multinational companies - ideally pharmaceutical.
/li liGood understanding of core HR processes and practices.
/li liKnowledge of labor law and personnel administration processes.
/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience in managing recruitment and selection processes.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
/li liFamiliarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and digital HR tools.
/li liDigital mindset, including familiarity with AI tools and technologies and the ability to integrate them effectively into everyday work practices.
/li liExcellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
