INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT INTERN

In particular, you will:
- Support the co‑creation and management of the internal editorial calendar
- Support the adaptation of internal communication contents
- Assist in collecting and organizing basic communication metrics to support campaign analysis and reporting.
- Support the publication and scheduling of content across internal platforms and community tools.
- Contribute ideas and help explore new communication tools, formats, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Support the organization of internal events (HQ, global, and retail), including coordination, logistics, and content preparation.
- Assist in the launch and coordination of cultural and onboarding initiatives and cultural evolution, supporting planning, execution, and follow‑up activities.
What you will need to succeed:
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or a related field
- Strong interest in internal communication, HR topics, and employee engagement
- Good written communication skills and an interest in content creation and storytelling
- Organizational skills and willingness to learn how to manage multiple activities and deadlines
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, basic video editing software, or internal platforms is a plus
- Analytical attitude and interest in understanding communication performance
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
