Mission
Rina is looking for a Software Embedded Engineer inRome, Genoa, La Spezia or Turin, to participate and supervise software development activities.
In particular, this position focusing on designing, developing and verifying embedded software for A&D; field.
Education
Master's Degree in Computer Science or Other
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of the C/C++ programming language.
Experience in embedded software development with real-time/non-real-time operating systems and bare board and knowledge of related issues.
Experience in multi-task and multi-threaded application development.
Knowledge of the main interface peripherals (SPI, I2C bus, UART, discrete and analog signals) and experience in high and low level driver development.
Knowledge of the Linux operating system as a developer (device drivers, kernel modifications and recompilation, etc.)
The following skills are considered preferential:
Knowledge of the main avionics buses (MIL-STD-****, ARINC-429, CANBus)
Knowledge of the IBM Rational suite (DOORS, Rhapsody)
Experience in using laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscope, voltmeters, multimeter, etc.)

Compensation Data
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between€31,000 and €40,000and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
