NHOA Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in HV Infrastructure and BoP across Europe, with an initial focus on Italy. You will report to the VP EMEA and lead commercial activities from opportunity origination through contract handover, coordinating with engineering, procurement, legal and finance teams.

Location is hybrid with Milan offices, and requires strong Italian market knowledge, an engineering background, and willingness to travel within Italy.
