Hermès in Venezia is seeking a Department Manager to partner with Store Manager, guiding boutique activities and developing their team while upholding Hermès culture and values. You will lead on business and customer experience with integrity and oversee recruitment, induction, coaching and performance discussions.

Ideal candidates have a proven management track record in luxury retail, strong leadership, Italian and English fluency, and proficiency with Excel/IT tools.
