Take ownership of continuous improvementsProject Manager of Plant and Equipment (P&E;) ProjectsIn this role, you will be a Project Manager of Plant and Equipment (P&E;) projects, through entire project life cycle including design, procurement, execution and document collections phases.
As a Facility P&E; Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading P&E; construction projects through entire lifecycle: from design to purchase order, from execution to test & documentation collectionManaging cost and execution of P&E; projects, including construction activities, electrical and mechanical facilitiesBeing able to dialogue with engineering teams to find best solutions in terms of technical application, cost, time, safety and reliability of assets to be built, both in design phase and execution phaseReviewing documentation of P&E; projects since design phase to hand off to maintenance organizationRequirementsShow strong industry experience in this fieldBe fluent in Italian,
English knowledge is also preferredBe eligible to work in EUDesireDesired characteristicsExpertise in Civil Works and/or Mechanical & Electrical FacilitiesShow Strong oral and written communication skills.Display Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Lead initiatives of wide scope and impact.Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Demonstrate effective problem identification, solution skills, and proven analytical and organizational ability.Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
