/p h3Senior Digital Visual Designer in a nutshell /h3 pAt Milan Aesthetic Research Center we are looking for a Senior Digital Visual Designer to join our multidisciplinary design team based in Milan.
The team's mission is to explore and develop innovative aesthetic solutions for the Harmony Operating System and all Huawei devices.
/p h3What will be your main responsibilities?
/h3 ul liCollaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to conceptualize and design visually compelling solutions /li liResearch and analyze emerging market trends across both design aesthetics and technology.
/li liConduct benchmark analyses of products, services, and digital experiences.
/li liDefine UX concepts, future product visions, and user scenarios for next-generation products and services within the HarmonyOS ecosystem.
/li liCreate high-quality visuals for digital interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining brand consistency /li liContribute to the art direction and overall visual strategy of the team's projects /li liInteract and potentially collaborate with motion designers and/or 3D artists (if applicable) or experiment directly with motion 3D to enhance visual concepts /li /ul h3What are the skills required for this position?
/h3 ul liProven experience in UI design and Art Direction, for digital products or ideally operating systems /li liStrong portfolio showcasing advanced visual design skills and creativity /li liA deep interest in technology and a passion for exploring cutting-edge design trends /li liExperience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and AI generative tools (Midjourney, Magnific, Kling) /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
/li liA team player who can also work independently, with a positive and proactive attitude.
/li liFluency in written and spoken English is required.
/li liWillingness to work in a multicultural and international environment.
