/ph3bJob Purpose /b /h3pThe new team member will join the pharmacology laboratory within the preclinical research group.
As part of this team, she/he will conduct pharmacological experiments, primarily using animal models and cell lines.
The role is focused on investigating the mechanisms of action of the company's drugs, contributing to a deeper understanding of their therapeutic potential.br/She/he will report directly to the Head of Pharmacology Laboratory and work alongside a multidisciplinary team.
/ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3ulliDesign, execute, and analyse pharmacological experiments /liliActively participate in scientific discussions.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support preclinical research projects.
/liliMaintain accurate records and documentation of experimental procedures and results.
/liliSupport the development and implementation of new methodologies and technologies in the laboratory.
/li /ulh3bRequired Education /b /h3pDegree in Pharmacology, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline (PhD preferred).
/ph3bRequired Skills and Experience /b /h3ulliAt least 3 years of experience in laboratory research.
/liliExpertise in mice handling, drug administration, organ collection and dissection, as well as surgical procedures.
/liliMandatory certification to work with animals according to DL ******* (at least mice; experience with rats is a plus).
/liliExperience with standard procedures in cell culture and /liliAnalytical and problem-solving skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
/liliGood written and verbal communication skills.
/liliAdaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to scientific challenges.
