Lead one of Stryker Trauma's strategically important regions and make an impact that goes beyond commercial performance.
As Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will shape the direction of the business across Northern Italy, develop an experienced sales team, and create the structure and culture needed to deliver sustainable growth and stronger customer partnerships.

What you will do
Lead, coach, and developa regional sales team, setting clear performance expectations and building an inclusive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.
Ownregional sales performance, forecasting, pipeline development, budget management, and execution against annual commercial targets.
Develop and executeregional business plans that strengthen existing accounts, accelerate new customer acquisition, and deliver sustainable market growth.
Buildstrategic relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders across Northern Italy.
Managea complex commercial model combining direct sales teams with indirect channels, including agents and distributors.
Analysesales, pipeline, customer, and market data to identify performance gaps, prioritise opportunities, and implement targeted improvement plans.
Partneracross commercial and operational functions to improve the customer experience throughout the full sales and order fulfilment process.
Driveorganisational change, share best practices across the leadership team, and introduce scalable ways of working that improve regional and team performance.
What you will need
Required qualifications
Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience, including significant experience in commercial, sales, or business leadership roles.
Demonstrated professional experience directly managing and developing sales teams with accountability for commercial targets.




Professional experience managing regional sales performance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and budget or financial accountability.
Professional working proficiency in Italian and English.
Previous experience using customer relationship management systems and sales performance data to manage commercial activity.
Preferred qualifications
Previous leadership experience within medical devices, healthcare, orthopaedics, trauma, or another regulated industry.
Previous experience working within a multinational or similarly complex, structured organisation.
Previous experience managing indirect commercial channels, including agents or distributors.
Additional Information
Territory:Northern Italy, including Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d'Aosta and Triveneto.
Location:Preferred base in Milan, Turin, Padua or Bologna.
Work arrangement:Field-based.
Travel:Approximately 70% across the assigned region.
Compensation:In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for commission and/or bonus and Stryker's comprehensive benefits package.
