/ppWe are currently looking for a strongContract Administrator /strong for our Pipeline Project in central Italy.
/ppThe Resource will ensure specialized assistance to Company Management and B.U., Branch / Construction Areas, in order to contribute to the best setting of business initiatives, whether they are commercial (offers - relationships with partners / subcontractors) and management (contractual management of contracts).
/ppstrongDuties and Responsibilities: /strong /pulliEnsure specialist support to each business decision-making center; /liliAssist the commercial agents, contributing to the definition of agreements with third parties (partners and/or subcontractors) and providing optimal solutions from a legal/technical point of view also in relation to the projects to which these agreements refer; /liliAssist the sales representatives both during the preparation of the offers, through a precise assessment of contractual risks and the identification of proposals for mitigation of these risks, and during the negotiation phase with the Customers; /liliAssist the management officers during the execution of contracts,
both through the interpretation of contractual clauses and through the implementation of all contractual instruments to safeguard and protect the company; /liliDevelop, also with the help of specific legal assistance, all the initiatives (amicable resolution/lawsuit/arbitration) necessary to achieve the objectives set by the Top Management; /liliSupport the Company's Top Management in defining general and particular objectives.
/li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
