Reporting to the Retail Director and as part of our commitment to elevating commercial excellence, your primary mission will be to drive continuous improvement across our country retail network. You will lead the country retail coaching strategy, support boutique performance, and enhance client experience through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.In this role:You will support the country retail coaching strategy, inspiring and animating a community of retail coaches to elevate field performanceYou will monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, sales, CRM, stock, training, events) to identify areas of underperformance and propose targeted action plansYou will support client experience initiatives, including eNPS and mystery shopper programs, translating insights into actionable improvements across the client journeyYou will coach and collaborate closely with market retail populations and support functions, ensuring alignment and impact across marketsYou will contribute to strategic projects,
