Sales Planning & Ordering Leader will lead Sales Planning and Ordering activities, ensuring alignment between market demand, sales targets and vehicle supply to support business performance and decision-making.

We want you to:

-

- Monitor and analyze automotive market trends, competitor performance and industry dynamics.

- Develop accurate monthly projections and annual sales forecasts.

- Lead sales volume planning activities and support target setting processes.

- Support the Business Planning process, coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams and preparing materials for Top Management.

- Manage Rest of the Year and Operating Plan forecasting processes and related presentations.

- Provide clear and actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Coordinate vehicle ordering activities in line with sales plans, demand forecasts and product mix objectives.

- Ensure alignment between market demand, vehicle supply, stock availability and order submissions.

- Monitor stock levels, vehicle allocation, ordering performance and pipeline status, proposing corrective actions when needed.

- Act as a key interface between Sales, Logistics, Finance and HQ teams to ensure planning and supply alignment.





- Support the optimization of inventory levels and vehicle availability across the dealer network.

- Prepare and consolidate regular and ad hoc reports to support business reviews and performance tracking.

- Coordinate business review activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management.

- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting, planning and reporting processes.

- Coordinate team activities, providing guidance and support to ensure achievement of departmental objectives.

About you:

- Strong understanding of the automotive market and sales dynamics.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. xysqume

- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex analyses and deliver clear, impactful presentations to diverse stakeholders
