Matcha Talent seeks a Country Manager - Italy to lead residential energy storage business across the Italian market. You will build and manage distributor channels, develop strategic customer relationships, and drive long-term growth for ESS products.

As the commercial lead for Italy, you will oversee market mapping, customer acquisition, negotiations, contracts, order management, and ongoing channel development, while coordinating with headquarters and traveling for key meetings.
