You will be responsible for inspecting production documents, verifying testing steps, managing non-conformities. Additionally, you will perform process validations in accordance with standards and the company quality. #LI-FS1 /ph3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3pAs a Software Quality Engineer at RINA Consulting S.p.A., you will have a diverse set of key accountabilities that contribute to the success of our projects and satisfy our customers' expectations: /pulliAct as the quality interface towards programs, project teams, and customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment. /liliParticipate in formal software reviews, including documenting meeting minutes, recording review outcomes, and tracking related actions. /liliVerify software definition documentation, manage variants in different software versions, and handle non-conformities effectively. /liliTake part in the Dry-Run phase and formal tests on released software products, ensuring correct execution of tests and managing non-conformities. /liliPrepare reports, metrics, and trends to monitor project progress and quality standards. /liliCreate and update software quality plans,
as well as support the development of software management plans. /li /ulh3bEducation /b /h3pBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering /ppMaster's Degree in Aerospace Engineering /ph3bQualifications /b /h3pTo excel in the role of Software Quality Engineer at RINA Consulting S.p.A., you should meet the following qualifications: /pulliSkills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities to uphold the highest standards. /liliExperience in Software Product Life Cycle to understand the entire process from development to maintenance. /liliKnowledge of Configuration Management and Non-Conformance Management processes to ensure compliance. /liliFamiliarity with MIL-STD-498 and MIL-STD-2167A standards essential for working in the aerospace and defense sectors. /liliAbility to work efficiently and effectively in an international environment, showcasing cultural sensitivity and adaptability. /liliGood command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with stakeholders. /liliProficiency in using Office package tools, especially Excel, to analyze data and create reports. /liliFlexibility in working hours and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad as required for project needs. /liliFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /liliWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently.
