Sidel is looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) specialized on Automation; the main focus is the following: - Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites;
- Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel’s equipment installed at customer sites. - Finally, a good understanding of the customer needs is to be developed to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction. **Your Mission**: Are you ready to put your technical skills to the test and contribute directly to customer success? - As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Testing and evaluating equipment performance at customer plants according to technical, contractual, and safety specifications;
- Identifying, handling, and reporting equipment non-conformities;
- Preparing Job Progress Charts and detailed technical reports;
- Ensuring complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers;
- Performing all tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel’s coordination plan, and customer-specific rules;
- Identifying and reporting after-sales opportunities during on-site activities;
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues on technical procedures, troubleshooting, reporting,



and professional behavior;Reporting team activities to the Installation Site Manager (ISM). **Your Profile**: Education and Language Requirements
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus depending on the region. Professional Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in field service activities;
- Previous experience in the beverage industry;
- Strong technical background in automation and electrical systems;
- B&R; and Siemens PLC expertise is essential;
- Familiarity with Sidel's equipment portfolio is a strong advantage;
- Knowledge of upstream process machinery prior to Sidel equipment;
