For a Client specializes in buying, processing and selling unmanufactured tobacco throughout European Union, we are looking for an **HR MANAGER ITALY** who will provide for the current and future needs of the organization through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital. He/she will manage the HR department to ensure it fulfills its functions in full legal compliance. He/she will designs and implements HR programs and projects in alignment with the Company business strategy. **Job duties**
- Align HR practices with the current and future needs of the organization.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the Company business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to resolve issues and foster positive relations.
- Advise managers on people development strategies, performance management, training, and succession planning.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.




- Plan and manage labor cost budgeting.
- Promote and ensure equal opportunity, fairness, non-discrimination, and data protection in all HR practices.
- Implement HR components of the Company Compliance Policy **Qualifications**
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a managerial role.
- Skills and knowledge
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- High computer literacy.
