The Woman RTW Collection Merchandiser focuses on developing the Women’s RTW collection from a qualitative perspective (market, trends, creative development) and an analytical perspective by following up on best sellers and slow movers within the line.

Main duties and responsibilities

- Contribute to the development of price bands, pre-costing, and pricing.
- Support the collection briefing for the design office.
- Summarize requests emerging from the markets.
- Manage collection timing and follow-up on collection progress during sample launches.
- Prepare documents for the sales network and for buyers in the showroom.
- Deliver training activities for the retail channel.
- Collaborate and provide dynamic support in activities with the press office, production, and retail CRM.

Requirements:





- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
- Excellent knowledge of fashion trends;
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Effective communication skills;
- Excellent proficiency with Excel;
- Fluent in English and Italian.

- Indicative starting compensation: €35,000
- Annual premio opportunity in accordance with the Company's internal agreement
