Support on managing multiple projects of various complexities, working with international delivery teams.- Information and document management, and organization of deliveries.- Assisting in the preparation of conceptual design work and the presentation of projects.- Supporting the design development of project proposals and feasibility studies.- Supporting client interface, preparation of presentations, and coordination and set up of meetings, agenda, and meeting minutes.- Supporting project performance control and production of project control documentation: risk assessment, schedules, financial control, list of deliverables, reports, etc.- Assisting in quality control of deliverables, and coordination of project quality control processes.- General assistance in business development tasks, including preparation of proposal bid documentation. **Qualifications**- 3/4 year's experience in a consulting/engineering company;- Italian and English fluent (oral and written) are essential. Other European language proficiency will be a plus;- Experience in Industrial/Light industrial, Logistics and Buildings business would be an asset;- Motivation, initiative, and organizational skills to work effectively in a busy multi-disciplinary environment;- Flexibility to promptly respond to the changing demands of projects and programs;- Goal-oriented with good communication skills, both verbally and digitally ability to produce and understand written reports without consistent revisions;- Ability to maintain good records of site-based activities;- Reasonable flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally to conduct site visits;- Understanding of building construction techniques;- Knowledge and understanding of Italian Construction codes;- Construction site experience will be a plus;- Capability to work with BIM/2D Civil/Architectural software (Revit, AutoCad, Civil3D, etc.) and good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Project; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** : Civil Engineering/Building Engineering/Architecture/Environmental and Land Planning Engineering Degree **Additional Information** **What we offer**:
