You’ll be at the heart of everything—from selecting the coolest styles to setting smart prices and making sure our shoes reach customers worldwide. Ready to put your stamp on our footwear line? **Responsibilities**: - Craft winning product plans that balance style, market trends, and business goals.
- Set pricing strategies that hit the sweet spot between competitive and profitable.
- Work hand-in-hand with design, product development, and marketing to create shoe assortment.
- Forecast to create seasonal plan to meet seasonal target expectations and support sourcing concerning production allocation.
- Team up with supply chain to ensure best delivery flow and product introductions.
- Dig into sales data to spot hits and misses—and fine-tune the assortment to maximize impact.
- Share insights that shape future collections, prices, and promos.
- Partner closely with Sales to stay in tune with market feedback and adjust strategies on the fly.
- Lead product presentations with key accounts and gather their input to make our offering even stronger.
- Train and inspire the sales force to rock the new collections and boost sales. **Qualifications**: - 3-5 years’ experience in footwear merchandising with international exposure.
- Strong knowledge of footwear trends and market dynamics, with the ability to anticipate future shifts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with merchandising software is a plus.
- Proven success in international markets, with a solid grasp of global consumer behavior.
