We are looking for a **LEAN Engineer** for the position of Operational Excellence Specialist currently open in the Engineering Business Unit of **Stevanato Group**in Piombino Dese (PD). **Key Responsibilities**: - To execute and to lead inter-functional projects and activities related to the Engineering Division.
- To promote the improvement of Group efficiency through process assessment and mapping and through the promotion of the information exchange across functions.
- To actively learn (and improve) Project Management, Change Management, LEAN principles, and methodologies. To actively promote knowledge sharing on these topics across the Group. **Qualifications** **Essential Criteria**: - Education: Engineering Degree (preferably Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)
- Languages: English and Italian, both fluent
- Experience:
1-2 years dealing with project management and improvement of process efficiency (preferably in Engineering and Manufacturing firms)
- Skills: Project Management, Process Mapping, Change Management, LEAN Methodology **Desirable Criteria**: - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Teamwork and leadership
- Structured way of working
- Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
