He/She will support the control, the maintenance and the continuous improvement of the production and quality control processes in the HV Industrial Area. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**: - KPI analysis (Scrap, Efficiency, SPC...)
- Production support in day by day activities
- First reference for breakdowns,
technical and process issues
- Ability to equipment intervention (specific courses may be required)
- Maintenance support
- Daily scrap monitoring
- MTM analysis (Methods-Time Measurement)
- Lean Improvements (minor)
- Scouting for new technologies, suppliers, processes and components (if equivalent)
- Usage of machines/equipments/tools in order to produce/modify products or samples
- SUPPORT (as expert/consultant) if needed
- Lean Improvements (major) and validation **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
The following knowledges are necessary: - Knowledge of technical drawings and dimensional measuring methods
- Basic knowledge of reading electrical diagrams
- Basic knowledge of machine tool programming
- Attitude to Teamwork
- Basic knowledge of written and spoken English
- Good relational skills
- Knowledge of Office suite; **EXPERIENCE**:
