Our mission is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy by providing reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective storage solutions.To support our rapid growth, we are looking for Junior Project Engineers to join our dynamic and international team:We are looking for motivated engineers with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Fluency in English is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage project phases, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality targetsCoordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, quality) and external stakeholdersMonitor project progress and provide status and risk reportingManage suppliers and ensure contract compliance and timely deliverySupport quality assurance activities, including inspections and auditsOrganize project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholdersEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including site activities when requiredRequired Qualifications:Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil,



or Energy EngineeringExperience in energy, oil & gas, or industrial plant engineeringAbility to read technical drawings and P&IDFamiliarity; with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar)Knowledge of engineering standards (API, ASME, ISO EN, etc.)Understanding of EPCM processes, construction, and commissioningStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsFluent English and Fluent ItalianRole location: This role is located in Milan's office, on site.What We Offer: The opportunity to work on one of the most innovative energy storage technologies in the worldA dynamic and international environmentStrong professional growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding companyTicket Restaurants, welfareCompensation: Full-time contract.
