Deal provides services that range from conceptual and detailed design of pre-fabrication and erection systems, to the design and supply of specialised equipment such as launching trusses, straddle carriers, gantry cranes, casting machines as well as other custom lifting, moving and casting devices.Websitehttp://www.Deal.ItAbout the RoleWe are seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate the design, engineering, procurement, delivery, and assembly of complex construction machinery for the civil works industry at worldwide level. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for construction machinery projects: from concept, design, and engineering to delivery and assembly.Coordinate with internal engineering teams, equipment suppliers, fabrication partners, and logistics providers.Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.Ensure the design and engineering comply with technical standards, client specifications,



and regulatory requirements.Oversee procurement and delivery of machine components and systems.Supervise on-site assembly and commissioning activities in collaboration with technical teams.Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during all project phases.Drive continuous improvement in project execution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related technical field.3+ years of experience in project management related to construction machinery or large mechanical/equipment systems, preferably in the civil works or infrastructure sector.Strong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to technical and contractual detail.Proficient in project management software (e.G., MS Project, Primavera) and standard engineering tools (e.G., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.Working conditionsOffice-based with occasional visits to supplier sites and assembly yards, client or project locations.Terms and conditionsPermanent job.Annual Base Salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 EURO.Lavoro da remoto 1 day per week.This position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, nationality, or background, in full alignment with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
