The Hoxton Florence is seeking an experienced front office leader to welcome guests with warmth and ensure they want to return. You will lead and develop a high-energy team, manage costs, and uphold hotel SOPs while forging strong relationships with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B.;

You’ll be fully conversant in health and safety, part of crisis and fire teams, and flexible to cover all shifts to keep service exceptional.
