For our international Regulatory Affairs team , we are looking for a new intern who will give support to the compliance assessment and management of toys and promotional items including other food-contact materials across European markets, including: Evaluation of applicable regulatory requirements, including laboratory testing
- Provide advice on project feasibility and risk assessment
- Review of the technical documentation, declarations of conformity, certificates, and laboratory test reports
- Compliance verification of labeling and consumer information
- Preparation of technical specifications and regulatory requirements for supply agreements
- Monitor and research European legislation and standards relevant for toys and other non-food items
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Procurement, Legal and Regulatory Affairs
- Communication and coordination with national and international suppliers, testing laboratories and external consultants. Who you are? Degree in scientific or engineering disciplines, or in related technical fields (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Material Science/Engineering, etc.) Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of a second foreign language highly appreciated
- Strong passion for product safety
- Excellent organizational skills
