Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the “eternal city”, this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintain sufficient mise en place levels to ensure smooth service flow, while focusing on minimizing waste
- Monitor the quality, consistency, appearance, and taste of all pastry products, delivering perfection in every dish
- Conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas, ensuring compliance with Zuma’s rigorous cleanliness and safety standards
- Explore and learn other kitchen sections to enhance team collaboration and efficiency
- Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance standards, reflecting Zuma’s commitment to excellence
- Coach and mentor Pastry Commis Chefs, helping them develop their skills and align with Zuma’s high standards of quality and consistency. **What We Look For**
