This is more than just an internship: it’s a chance to gain first-hand experience in the business of sport, develop core skills in commercial and stakeholder management, and build a career foundation within one of the most innovative companies in the sports media industry. **The Role** As a Rights Intern, you’ll play an essential supporting role in DAZN’s Rights team, helping to coordinate relationships with clubs, leagues, and key partners while also ensuring rights are fully activated and exploited across our platforms. You’ll act as a bridge between rights holders and DAZN stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of commitments, while also helping to manage renewals and assist with new acquisitions. Working closely with colleagues in Italy and internationally, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of rights management, from daily operations to long-term strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sport, commercially curious, and eager to learn within a dynamic, global environment.
**What You'll Be Doing**: - Liaise externally with clubs, leagues, and rights holders to coordinate activities, provide updates, and share insights.
- Act as an internal point of contact for rights-related queries and issues.
- Support the local rights team with planning, briefing, and facilitating relationships between rights holders and internal departments.
- Ensure the correct exploitation of live and non-live content, helping to maximise audience reach and exposure.
- Assist with managing renewals of existing agreements and contribute to acquiring new rights on competitive terms.
- Provide support to the international rights team with queries and ad hoc projects. **What You'll Bring**: - Academic background in Business, Law, Economics, or Sport Management.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in sports, especially football, volleyball, NFL, and combat sports.
