**Selection 4.0**, a technologically advanced company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles at both national and international levels, is looking for a:
**Electrical Laboratory Technician** for a client company, a global leader in the production of transformers. **Objective**:
**Main responsibilities**: - Perform routine tests on production;
- Personally carry out routine and type tests in accordance with major European (IEC) or American (ANSI/UL/CSA) standards;
- Conduct acceptance tests, planning and verifying compliance with timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction, even in their presence;
- Verify and maintain the calibration status of the instrument fleet;
- Develop the strategy for the test room to better respond to the evolving testing needs from customers/R&D;




- Work closely with R&D; and the technical office in performing tests for the characterization of new materials and/or verification of new construction solutions;
**Position requirements**: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in testing transformers or electrical machines;
- Knowledge of IEC 60076-11 and ANSI C57.12.91 standards for transformer testing;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a significant plus;
