**Head of Maintenance**:
What you’ll do
In this role, you won’t be hidden behind a desk — you’ll be right in the heart of the action, making sure every part of the club runs safely, smoothly, and with the highest aesthetic standards. You’ll design and implement a maintenance strategy, coordinate one maintenance person, manage external suppliers, and personally take on technical checks and interventions. Quick to respond to emergencies, proactive in prevention, and always raising the bar — this is a hands-on role where your expertise keeps the club alive and flawless.
**You will be directly responsible for**:
UTA filters and extraction systems
Drainage (roof, external areas, kitchen, oil receptors), including ad-hoc cleaning and oil collection
Centralised refrigeration system
Water treatment systems
WC, toilets, cisterns, taps
Pergolas and external awnings
Monitoring and reporting water, electricity, and gas usage
Carrying out or scheduling special maintenance during closures
Identifying and repairing general issues — flooring, walls, furniture
Who you are




Experienced maintenance professional with at least 5 years in a senior management role, ideally in luxury hospitality or private club environments.
Strong technical background in building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical) with a solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
Problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent education/experience.
