Manage activities of Legacy Combines - Straw Walker machines related to components sourcing, granting Quality and Delivery requirements as well as specific activities for introduction of new products for Breganze site. For this position, the focus is leading the team to reach the expected results and interacting with the other areas of the organization. **Your Impact**: - Develop master component schedule (list of new components requiring sourcing, timelines for RfX, negotiation, award, prototype deliveries when required, series component deliveries when required, PPAP scheduling when required).
- Coordinate sourcing of NPI components (executed by Regional Commodity Buyers) consistently with global commodity strategy and meeting overall new product cost, quality and schedule. Assess project maturity all along the development cycle and escalate when gaps vs. ideal status are judged excessive and not possible to fill with normal development work.
- Present and participate in technical interactions between Engineering and Suppliers. Managing with supplier delivery parts according to Project Schedule.



Responsible for gather and coordinate all necessary resources to meet NPI targets (cost, time, and quality at launch) **Your Experience and Qualifications**: - Minimum Level of Education Required Bachelor’s Engineering Degree
- 5+ Years of Business Experience Required
- KPI management, discipline and communication are essential
- English, Italian fluent and Knowledge in Project Development PMO
