We are currently seeking a **Junior Field Equipment Assistance & Services Technician** to join our **Procurement & Logistics Department** at our headquarters in Parma. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support the coordination of major overhaul activities for equipment released from projects, ensuring timelines and cost-efficiency are respected.
- Monitor the correct implementation of maintenance plans on equipment deployed across various projects.
- Assist in providing technical support to project and country workshops, in line with company guidelines.
- Collaborate in defining organizational and infrastructural requirements for country and project workshops, escalating critical issues to the Head of Equipment (HEQ).
- Participate in drafting and implementing maintenance plans for the equipment fleet.




- Support the Head of Equipment Engineering & R&D; in identifying technical improvements and cost optimization opportunities.
- Help collect and analyze KPIs relevant to the area, contributing to performance improvements where necessary.
- Support budget monitoring for equipment services.
- Assist in supplier management and spare parts procurement for vehicles. **Requirements**: - Master’s degree (or technical diploma) in Engineering or related technical disciplines.
- Previous internships or thesis projects related to asset management, industrial maintenance, logistics, or mechanical systems will be considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge or a strong interest in asset management principles and project management tools (planning, reporting, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; structured and analytical mindset; team spirit; adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of a second language (Spanish or French) is considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel abroad, even in challenging environments, as part of training and professional development. **Other information**:
