An international higher education institution in Rome is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join its leadership team as **Associate Dean for Academic Delivery**. This position plays a key strategic role in ensuring the excellence and continuous improvement of the institution’s academic offer. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee the delivery of all academic programs, ensuring alignment with institutional quality standards and strategic objectives.
- Lead and support the student services and academic operations teams to guarantee a positive and consistent learning experience for students and faculty.
- Collaborate with faculty members and program directors to design and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of teaching quality and academic outcomes.
- Develop and analyze academic performance reports, using data to identify trends and recommend evidence-based improvements.
- Supervise the implementation and ongoing enhancement of academic methodologies, tools, and learning technologies.
- Foster effective collaboration across institutional departments to ensure the seamless integration of academic and support services.




- Support the Dean in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation within the academic delivery area. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a higher education institution, preferably in academic delivery, program management, or academic operations.
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
- Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of current trends, best practices, and innovation in academic delivery, learning analytics, and educational technology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in developing and managing high-quality academic programs and initiatives.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From €45,000.00 per year
