**Are you a passionate people person looking to make a long lasting positive impact within your community?** Horton Housing are recruiting for permanent tempo pieno Dual Support Workers in the Keighley area. Pay is £26 084 per annum and you will be entitled to 6 weeks paid annual leave (plus bank holidays) and have access to the Employee Assistance Programme. Essential experience required for the role: - Experience working with people with multiple needs such as mental health challenges, offending behaviour, drug and/or alcohol problems.
- Knowledge of health and safety tasks, including in the maintenance of properties (i.e. fire alarm tests, property checks, reporting repairs etc.)
- Experience of planning, organising and prioritising work to maintain accurate and timely reports.
- Have excellent communication, report writing and ICT skills.
- You are approachable, adaptable and have the ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.
