**International Student Recruiter (Russian Speaker)**

As we expand our footprint in **Russian speaking markets**, we are looking for a dynamic Student Recruiter whose Russian fluency helps us connect with these growing markets. **Your Mission** In this role you will: - **Execute sales-driven recruitment strategies**: manage inbound leads, follow up proactively, and close enrolments against recurring targets.
- **Provide personalized advice**: map a student’s background, aspirations and budget to appropriate RBS programs; articulate value, clarify admissions criteria, fees, scholarship/financing routes.
- **Leverage tech**: use CRM and digital outreach tools to track interactions, manage your pipeline, and improve conversion efficiency. **What We’re Looking For**
- Native or full professional proficiency in **Russian and English**.
- Proven experience (1-3 yrs or more) in **client-facing consultative sales**,
business development or **recruitment**role (education or high-value B2C experience preferred).
- **High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills**: excellent telephone and virtual-meeting capabilities, persuasive approach, comfortable presenting and closing, empathetic in advising educational decisions.
- Organized and **target-oriented**: experience managing a pipeline, working to KPIs and conversion metrics.
- **Comfortable with CRM systems and** **MS Suite**, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Degree-level education required.
- A **valid work permit for Italy** (or an EU passport) is mandatory. **Contract and Compensation**
- **Base Salary** of €17,940 gross per year (CCNL ANINSEI - Level III, 13th month) **+ uncapped commission** tied to enrolment conversions (top performers historically achieve significant total compensation)
- Contract Type: 6-month renewable fixed-term (CCNL ANINSEI Level III) **Why Join Us?** Pay: €17,940.00 - €45,000.00 per year
